When Shocker is used, a large yellow lightning bolt rains down on an opponent.
Effects[]
Shocker is a very strong technique and is able to strike a single foe for high damage. Although this move is powerful and very effective against enemies and/or bosses who are weak to thunder-based attacks (such as Belome), it lacks the multi-hit properties of Thunderbolt.
