Sherbet Rink is one of the battle stages in Mario Kart 7. It is Princess Peach's battle stage.
Due to the fact that the track is made of ice, it makes driving a little more difficult, being slippery. Four arches are found throughout the stage. Snowmen can be found around the stage. When the player crashes into them, they will lose a balloon, or coins. There are also giant hearts which serve as borders. Posters and billboard signs are found all over the stage related to Princess Peach. In the background, there are slightly transparent hearts, stars, and other objects related to the sort.
