Description[]
Shell Dash involves Mario or another character spinning around in a Koopa Shell. It allows them to break Brick Blocks in tight spaces or defeat enemies, such as Koopa Troopas, by rolling into them.
In New Super Mario Bros., the move can only be performed while Mario or Luigi are in their Shell form, in which they wear a Blue Shell; the move is automatically activated if they run a few steps or crouch down into their shell while on a slope.
