Scholastic is a book publisher, typically of educational material, often renowned for the Scholastic Book Fair events they host across schools in America. They have published four Mario-related books, one of which is on a Wario game while one of them is a guide for drawing Nintendo heroes and villains in general.
The first Mario-related book from Scholastic is Super Mario Advance, released in September 2001 as part of their You Decide on the Adventure series. Following this, Scholastic also released Warioland 4 in 2002, also part of the You Decide on the Adventure series. A few years later, in January 2006, Scholastic published a chapter book titled Mario and the Incredible Rescue. Scholastic's fourth and most recent Mario-related book is How to Draw Nintendo Greatest Heroes & Villains, published in 2007.
