A Sad Cheep Cheep is a variant of Cheep Cheep, which it resembles, except Sad Cheep Cheeps are seen constantly crying, due to being imbued with the Gloom vibe.
Behavior[]
Sad Cheep Cheeps can jump out of the water, like with regular Cheep Cheeps, except a Sad Cheep Cheep can leap higher because it uses its tears to propel itself while jumping.

Sad Cheep Cheeps first appear in the level Wavy Beach 5-1, and they appear in the worlds Wavy Beach, Gleam Glacier, and Bowser's Villa. Like with regular Cheep Cheeps, a Sad Cheep Cheep can be defeated from a stomp, a whack from Perry, Chargebrella, or the effects of the Rage vibe.
