Rubber Ducky Rodeo is a 1 vs. 3 mini-game in Mario Party DS.
Intro[]
The camera zooms down into a pool where all three contestants have boarded large rubber ducks. A large duck is at the front, with three smaller ducks tied to its back in a chain.
Gameplay[]
The solo character rides the large duck, while the team of three each ride a smaller duck attached to it. The solo character has to veer and steer left to right in an attempt to knock over the other three players, who have to lean the opposite way to avoid falling off.
The time limit on this game is 30 seconds. If the solo character successfully gets all team members to fall off their duck, they win. If at least one team member remains on their rubber duck the entire time, the team wins.
Ending[]
The winning side is shown celebrating while standing on a rubber ring. A large rubber duck with a crown and two smaller ducks can be seen near the ring.
Controls[]
- All four players must uses the left and right directional pads to lean the duck in the desired direction
Trivia[]
- Both Princess Daisy and Princess Peach ride side-saddle on the ducks.
