Roulette Coin Blocks are an object which first appear in New Super Mario Bros. 2.

Description[]

Roulette Coin Blocks are a variation of Roulette Blocks. They are golden Roulette Blocks, but instead of alternating between power-ups, a Roulette Coin Block alternates between a number. If Mario or another character hits a Roulette Coin Block, a number of coins that is the same as the number shown on the block from when it was hit. If the Roulette Coin Block displayed a ten or one of its multiples, the coins it releases are in the form of 10-Coins. The highest number of a Roulette Coin Block is highlighted orange, and a slightly different sound effect plays when landing on it than when alternating between the other numbers.
