Rock-Candy Mines is the mountain world of New Super Mario Bros. U, New Super Luigi U, and their remake New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe. Rock-Candy Mines lies east of Acorn Plains, Sparkling Waters, and Soda Jungle, southeast of Layer-Cake Desert, Frosted Glacier, and Meringue Clouds, and south of Peach's Castle. Rock-Candy Mines can be entered by clearing Soda Jungle's castle, or completing the secret worlds in Frosted Glacier and Sparkling Waters.

The levels are different in each game, although both have a total of ten levels, including seven normal stages, two Tower levels, and a Castle level.
