Both Red and Ashley are featured within their own story, Total Drag. In it, Red is ordered by Ashley to catch Orbulon so that she can use him as an ingredient for her latest spell. Orbulon is confused as to why he is being chased by Red, who is holding out his pitchfork. When Red fails to catch Orbulon, Ashley forgives him, only to say that she will instead use him as the ingredient.
After the conclusion of their story, Red and Ashley go down to the Hawt House to meet up with the other characters. Red is seen dancing with the other characters, although Ashley does not.
He and Ashley left WarioWare Inc. to go work for Diamond Software so that they can get easily payed, they are stars for the movie, "Magical Witch Ashley". If the player fails in a microgame, Ashley will turn to the viewer, wearing a mask, frightening Red.
He and Ashley return in Warioware Gold alongside the main cast. Both of them host the Twist League Fantasy microgames.
In the intro of Ashley's cutscene, Red congratulates her on summoning a demon named Gahrumble in her mansion. He helps Ashley translate his words when she doesn't understand Gahrumble's demon language, and that Red learned that he has not eaten in days, because of another demon named Hum Gree who is notorious for eating all the food in the demon realms. Due to how he thinks defeating Hum Gree is difficult, he worries upon Ashley willing to defeat him, he obliges but shapeshifts into her broom and go defeat Hum Gree together with Ashley. At the ending cutscene, Gahrumble is invited to go eat with them.
Red then appears in the Potluck Gang set of the Ultra League where he goes camping with Ashley, Orbulon, 9-Volt, 18-Volt, Dribble and Spitz, Mike, and 5-Volt. 5-Volt organizes a potluck at where he brought explosive oysters but the potluck was ruined because of Ashley bringing what was supposed to be "Garlic" but is actually a mandrake root which he believes that hearing the cry of it can kill her. Spitz then mimics a mandrake's cry at which Red screams and faints. Then later he played cards with the others. At the end of the Potluck Gang set, he teases Ashley in thinking she wants to go, though she denies it, making her blush. Red also appears at the game's ending along with the other characters to share the money from the Wario Bowl tournament.
In the Ashley stage themed after food, they were very hungry when she looked at Red and thought he was a hamburger, then a pile of mandrake creatures started coming into her house and she turned all of them into food.
In the stage All Mixed Up, he was tied up by Pyoro, begging for help, Ashley immediately saves him because of this. After two levels of the mixed microgames, he and the others climb the beanstalk that was watered by Penny Crygor with a golden made of scrap parts obtained from the previous three levels to a toilet, after all of them reach the top of the beanstalk, they go and use their skills to defeat Pyoro, Red then translates their words and says that they have never any treasure for Wario, leaving him in distraught.
In the stage Caveat Imptor, while him and Ashley were building a sandcastle, he notices some red berries in a bush and eats them. he started shrinking in a miniscule size, and asks Ashley for help, she tried multiple attempts to make him into his normal size and then ends up giving him a cubic berry, it was a success at first but it made him gigantic, making Ashley amused.
He then appears in the Remix 1 stage called Not-So Relaxing Rapids, with Mona being displeased by Mike's singing, then they go onto a tour bus because of the beach house being destroyed by it being detached and how it fell through a waterfall and them landing safely onto a tour bus which was caused by Ashley, Dr Crygor, and Penny, During the epilogue, they exit the tour bus to see a statue of King Caresaway The First which was then crushed by the detached beach house.
All of the characters alongside him appear in the final stage, Lava At First Sight where everyone danced to defeat Volcano Wario, at the end, they enjoy their vacation while Wario ends up going to a temple.
He is the host in the Copycat Mirror mode where the player as his role had to copy the other player's actions by facing away from them and holding the Joy-Con controllers.
