Queen Mushroomkhamen is a who made a one-time appearance in the The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 episode "Mind Your Mummy Mommy, Mario." She has a son named Prince Mushroomkhamen and a husband named King Mushroomkhamen. She mistakes Mario for being her son, Prince Mushroomkhamen, due to them having a similar appearance. While King Mushroomkhamen is never seen, Queen Mushroomkhamen states that Luigi looks like him.
Like her husband and son, Queen Mushroomkhamen is based on real royalty of Ancient Egypt. Their last name is derived from the real King Tutankhamen, a pharaoh of Ancient Egypt, but with the "Tutan" prefix substituted for "Mushroom" to fit the Mario theme.
