Prince Mushroomkhamen is a one-time character who appears in the The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 episode "Mind Your Mummy Mommy, Mario." He is the son of Queen Mushroomkhamen and King Mushroomkhamen, the former of whom mistakes Mario for him being him due to their similar appearances.
Like his parents, Prince Mushroomkhamen is based on real royalty of Ancient Egypt. Their last name is derived from the real King Tutankhamen, a pharaoh of Ancient Egypt, but with the "Tutan" prefix substituted for "Mushroom" to fit the Mario theme.
