Power Plus
Power Plus is a powerful badge that appears in both Paper Mario and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.
In Paper Mario, there are two Power Plus Badges. Both, of course, do the exact same thing. One of these two badges is obtainable at Shooting Star Summit as it is given to Mario by way of Merlow for a price of 25 star pieces. The other Power Plus badge in this game is guarded by a mysterious gray shy guy by the name of Anti Guy. Anti Guy won't let anyone touch the treasure chest located south of the Red Station in Shy Guy's Toy Box. Mario must ask to fight the Anti Guy and, by beating him, he obtains the badge. In both games, Power Plus gives Mario +1 attack in battle.
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door
In TTYD, Power Plus badges are very rare. Mario can obtain the first one by Dazzle, the badge salesperson who takes Mario's starpieces. her price is 15 star pieces. The second Power Plus badge is inside of Creepy Steeple. In the room Doopliss' Parot is, Mario can open one of the chests and obain another Power Plus badge. Later on in the game, Mario can obtian an infinite number of these. With Ms. Mowz in the party, Mario can steal Power Plus badges from enemies that have them. Unfortunately, only Dark Wizzerds and Elite Wizzerds carry these badges, making it quite difficult to obtain them. This is also one of the other badges that include a Partner version.
