In Super Paper Mario, Mario can obtain many of these on his adventure. Although, it is not a badge in this game, but is a regular item. Once obtained, a Power Plus item can be used to automatically and perminently increase the attack power of Mario and his friends by 1 (2 for Bowser). There is a Power Plus in Flopside's lowest basement. By going behind the warp pipe, Mario can open a big treasure chest. Inside is this item. Mario can also obtain these by trading 500 Flipside Tokens at the Flipside Game corner. He can do this an unlimited amount of times.
