Posie a yellow buttercup or daffodil. Her leaves act like "arms" and she has a long nose.

In Paper Mario[]

Posie lives with the other flowers in Flower Fields, where she is first seen. Her roots are connected to the Crystal Tree. When Posie shakes a Crystal Berry out of the tree for Mario to give to Rosie in exchange for the Water Stone she says: "Oh my! How very unladylike of me!" If Mario whacks the tree with hishammer, she reminds him the tree and her are connected, and it hurts her. If he whacks it too much, Posie will kick Mario out of her area. These actions are hinted by Goombario's tattle mentioning that while she is very nice, she can be quick to anger.
