Pokey is a character in Mario Party Advance. He is a representative of his species of the same name, and bears an identical appearance to them.

Pokey appears in the Desert Area of Shroom City, introducing himself as the desert's guardian. Pokey has three riddles, which he calls the "Riddles of Mystery," and if the player answers all three correctly, Pokey rewards them the Tap-Tap Sumo Gaddget.
