Pirate Guys are adventurous pirate Shy Guys that "sail the seven seas". However, in reality, all the seas they sail are the ones surrounding Yoshi's Island and Lil' Yoshi's Island. Their first appearance was in Yoshi's Story, Stage 5-4: Shy Guy's Ship, and their most notable appearance was in Yoshi's Island DS on ships or rafts in World 3.
In Yoshi's Island DS, they stack themselves on top of each other. They act like normal Shy Guys, just beach-styled.
Description
They have a white robe, a bandana over their heads, and the casual mask, and are equipped with Bob-omb cannons, Bill Blasters, and several other utilities for offense. They're invincible in all games they appear in except for Yoshi's Island DS, where Yoshi can eat them.
Other appearances
- Mario Party, Mario Party 2, and Mario Party 8 in some of the mini-games.
- Mario Hoops 3-on-3 in the Koopa Beach 1 level.
