Pikmin 2 is one of 9-Volt's microgames featured in WarioWare: Smooth Moves. It is named after the Nintendo GameCube game of the same name. The microgame returns in WarioWare Gold as well. The microgame stars an Empress Bulblax, who must roll over all Pikmin in its way. The microgame has a regular setting of being in a dark cave with dirt terrain.

Gameplay[]

WarioWare: Smooth Moves[]

The player controls Empress Bulblax by tilting the Wii Remote. The HUD simply consists of a display (represented by a Red Pikmin) showing how many Pikmin are remaining.

In the first difficulty level, the Empress Bulblax must roll over sixteen Pikmin within a time limit, and it only has to move in a single direction.

In the second difficulty level, the Empress Bulblax must roll over a single Purple Pikmin capable of jumping over it.

In the third difficulty level, the Empress Bulblax must roll over sixteen Pikmin, eight on the left and right sides each.

WarioWare Gold[]

In WarioWare Gold, the Pikmin 2 microgame is now displayed from a different perspective.

The first difficulty level has a different objective in which Empress Bulblax has to only roll over six Pikmin, still appearing on one side, rather than sixteen.

The second difficulty level doubles this to twelve Pikmin, which are still featured on one side, but none of them attempt to jump over Empress Bulblax.

The third difficulty level has the same set up as in the microgame's original appearance.
