Piggy Pluck is one of the microgames featured in the Wario Bug's Anything Goes folder in WarioWare: Get It Together!.

Gameplay[]

The player's character has to knock a golden item out of a piggy bank filled with gray buttons into Wario's hand at the top of the screen. In doing so, the player wins at the microgame, but if this objective is not met on time, they lose.

Orbulon is listed as the most suitable for the microgame because he can use his Oinker's to draw the golden object to him and give it to Wario. Both Penny and the playable Wario are listed in the lowest tier of suitability. For Penny, this is because the buttons are resistant to knockback from the Jet Tank One's water. For Wario, he can only attack left or right, making it hard for him to get the golden item out. Mona is on the second lowest tier of suitability because the object can slip off while being pushed by her boomerang. Dribble and Spitz are also on the second lowest tier because, like Wario, they can only attack sideways, although the duo can do vertical movement to carry up the item using their body.

In two-player mode, the piggy bank is instead modeled after a cat and made longer to fit each player's character. Whoever gets the item out of the cat-shaped piggy bank receives an effort point.

Difficulty levels[]

  • Level 1: There are 15 buttons contained within the piggy bank. A large, gold credit card has to be given to Wario.
  • Level 2: There are 17 buttons contained within the piggy bank. A medium-sized key has to be given to Wario.
  • Level 3: It has the same setup as Level 1 except the player's character has to give a small, thin coin to Wario.

Mission[]

  • Push the Buttons: At least eight buttons must be removed from the piggy bank before clearing the microgame.

Trivia[]

  • This is the only microgame in which Wario is listed on the lowest tier of suitability.
