Penkoon is an enemy in Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3. He is a penguin like enemy that has a spike protruding from his stomach. When he spots Wario, he will attack by pooping a spike ball out of his stomach and kicking it towards Wario.

Trivia

His head resembled that of the Choppah enemy seen in Super Mario Galaxy 2.
