Pecan were pelican enemies that have appeared in more than one Wario land game. They worked with the Brown Sugar Gang/Black Sugar gang.

Pecans are sen only in water and spit mines out of their beaks.
Wario World II
The Pecans return in the second game, alongside the reformed pirates. This time, the Pecans walk on land and spit out spiky fish.
