Party Popper is one of the microgames featured under Wario's Touch Training set in WarioWare: Touched!. Party Popper is always the very first microgame played in the game.
Layout[]
The microgame depicts a variety of red, dark blue, yellow, and light green balloons on a light blue background. The balloons obscure the view of a hidden object, which is either a jack-o-lantern, a recorder, a koala, a cow with hearts surrounding it, an octopus balloon that instantly pops upon being revealed, or either a cat, small person, or a piece of sushi attached to a balloon.
Gameplay[]
With their Stylus, the player has to tap every balloons onscreen within before the timer expires. As the balloons are being popped, a hidden object is gradually revealed. Once every balloon has been popped, the player wins at the microgame, but if they do not pop every one, the player loses at the microgame.
Difficulty levels[]
Each increasing difficulty level adds three more balloons to the total count.
- Level 1: Six balloons have to be popped.
- Level 2: Nine balloons have to be popped.
- Level 3: Twelve balloons have to be popped.
Trivia[]
- The microgame is named for the object of the same name, which makes a loud sound upon being used.
