- Star Coin 1: Punch the blocks on the first Big Piranha Plant and get the Star Coin.
- Star Coin 2: After getting the red ring, follow the trail of coins in Flying Squirrel form to get the Star Coin.
- Star Coin 3: Go on the second to last Heavy Parabeetle and ride it down to the Star Coin.
