Paper Airplane Chase is a DSiWare title originally released for the Nintendo DSi before being re-released for the Nintendo 3DS. Similar to Bird & Beans, Paper Airplane Chase is a remake of a specific WarioWare minigame, which in Paper Airplane Chase's case is Paper Plane from WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!. The game was first released in Japan in 2008, followed by a release in North America, Europe, and Australia in 2009. That same year, iQue localized Paper Airplane Chase for release in China. Lastly, Paper Airplane Chase was released in South Korea in 2010.
The objective of Paper Airplane Chase is the same as the original in that the player takes control of a paper plane and has to prevent it from crashing into any obstacles.
