Layout[]
First floor[]
Immediately in front of Mario is a giant, and the 1st, Not-Bottomless Hole. After the Not-Bottomless Hole is repaired, a drawing of King Olly is revealed. To the right of the elevator are several shelves that line up in such a way that Mario can jump onto the ones near the back wall. Here, there is the 1st Toad, looking like a flag on the wall. Next to the shelves is a bin with the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Toads in it.
To the right of the Toads is a cash register with three coins in it, but you must hit it three times. In the right front are the 5th, 6th, and 7th Toads on a display. One of these Toads will sell an unlimited amount of Mushrooms (100 coins) and Mushroom 3-Pack (270 coins). The 8th Toad is stuck inside the elevator, and can only be released by pushing the button. The 9th Toad is on a postcard rack, and this must be hit and turned in order to release the Toad.
The stairs to the 2nd Floor are blocked by the 2nd Not-Bottomless Hole, and if you do not have enough confetti then Mario must take the elevator. While in the elevator, a red, a green, and a blue color pencil break into the elevator and Mario must hammer them out. This ends up breaking the elevator. After the elevator is destroyed, 5 Origami Goombas attack Mario, and releasing a bunch of confetti for the Not-Bottomless Holes. On the stairs are three coins.
Second floor[]
The stairs exit onto the left side of the second floor. To the right there is a sign that reads, "Observation-Deck Restaurant ~ Overlook ~ Thisaway->" To the right of the sign is the elevator. However, Olivia will not let Mario board the elevator because of what happened last time. To the right of the elevator is a sign that reads "-Chef's Special- Omelet and TRULY WILD Rice" To the right of the sign is a door to the Observation-Deck Restaurant.
The inside of the restaurant is full of disarray, and many chairs are knocked over. To the right side of the restaurant is the kitchen. There are three tables in the restaurant, and on the far right one are two plates of omelets, which when Mario and Olivia eat them, restore 70 HP. In the upper right of the restaurant are cabinets which contain the 10th Toad.
To the left of the cabinets is a rack of plates that can be hammered. Doing so pushes the rack against the cabinets and allows for Mario to collect a coin.
Inside the kitchen to the bottom right, is the 11th Toad turned into an egg. On the ground, there is a pot that when hit releases a heart that restores 100 HP. On the back wall there is a poster that reads, "Keep the kitchen clean! -Wash your hands. -Seriously, wash your hands. In front of the poster is a trash can with the 12th Toad inside. In the bottom left side of the screen, there is a file cabinet when hit releases the 13th Toad.
This also allows Mario to jump onto of the cabinet and onto some shelves. The 1st shelf contains the 14th Toad as a mushroom on a scale, and who ways as much as one carrot. On the back wall there is a drawing of a giant carrot, and this drawing helps you to see the ledge in the back, that helps you to get to the 2nd shelf. On the 2nd shelf is a 10-coin, along with the 15th Toad in a pile of pots.
In front of the middle of the left wall is a closet with a coin in front of it. Inside the closet is a box with 8 Origami-Micro Goombas. The 1st one is on Mario, and deals 1 damage every couple of seconds. If they run into you they deal 3 damage. Each Origami-Micro Goomba releases some confetti after defeat. The 2nd one is under the lid of the garbage can. The 3rd one is circling around two plates on the floor. The 4th one is circling around the pot on the ground. The 5th one is an Origami-Micro Paragoomba, and flies from the drawing of the carrot, to the drawing of the green pepper. The 6th one is on the second shelf, on a plate. The 7th one is in a pot on the right wall, above a burner. The 8th one is on the drawing of a flame in the bottom right corner.
Inside the restaurant there are 8 more Origami-Micro Goombas, the 1st one circling around the far right table. The 2nd one is on a plate in between the 2nd and 3rd tables. The 3rd one is on the 2nd table underneath a bill. The 4th one is circling the 1st table. The 5th one is crawling on a drawing of a bottle, on the left wall. The 6th one is on a plate on the back, which can be accessed by a box on the ground. The 7th one is above the cabinet in the bottom right., which can be accessed by the rack of plates. The 8th one is behind the rack of plates, and follows it if it gets pushed.
To the left of the room with the elevator is a door to the next flight of stairs. In the room, there is the staircase with the 3rd and last Not-Bottomless Hole in it. When Mario approaches the hole, the chef Toad helps Mario if he clears the kitchen and restaurant of the Origami-Micro Goombas. The chef is the 16th Toad, and he gives you confetti for the stairs. The 1st , and only Question Block hidden in the upper left and is surrounded by a drawn outline. Inside it is a coin. The question block help Mario climb onto several crates, with one having a 10-coin on it. On the last crate in the 17th Toad with King Olly tape taping him to the wall. The Toad gives Mario a mushroom.
3rd Floor.[]
The 3rd Floor is the observation deck of the tower. It is a circular room, with an inside rest area, and an outside edge. The background/ hedge of the rest area is meant to resemble the scenery from the Super Mario Bros game. The gate to the inside area is locked. At this point, colored pencil missiles begin to attack Mario, and they can be knocked away with his hammer. They deal 5 HP. The left side is blocked until a missile runs into it. In between the elevator and a shack, is a broken part of the wall that is blown up by a missile when Olivia stands in front of it.
When Mario pushes on the gate from the other direction it is revealed that you just have to pull/ push it. Inside of a café stand is a heart that heals 50 HP. To the left of the elevator is a button that lowers a ladder down to the ground. When hit missiles begin to rain down from the sky onto Mario. This leaves Mario to survive until the ladder reaches the ground. There are three bricks in the inside area, with the 1st one being in front of the elevator, and containing 100 coins. The 2nd one is further away from the elevator and contains 100 coins. The last attack covers a wide area of the inside part. Also, the umbrellas can be opened to block attacks. The 3rd block is in front of the café stand and contains a heart that heals 20 HP. Missiles will continue to rain down after the ladder is lowered. While climbing, multiple more missiles will fly at Mario forcing him to climb.
4th Floor[]
In the bottom left of the 4th Floor is heart that heals 100 HP. In the middle, there is the elevator with the color pencils still sticking out. The blue color pencil sticking out of the elevator is the 18th Toad. To the right there is a set of stairs, and a Save block.
Top Floor[]
On the top floor there is the spool of the red streamer along with a King Olly seal on it. Olivia suggest jumping at the spool from below, but this leads to nothing. Missiles then fly at Mario, but Olivia pushes him out of the way. Then, Mario is approached by the 1st member of the Legion of Stationary, The Missile Maestro, Colored Pencils. The Colored Pencils drop a Magic Circle after its defeat. This can be used to break the seal on the Red Streamer using the 1,000-Fold Arms. After this, Mario and Olivia decide to destroy the Blue Streamer next. Also, all of the Colored Pencils drawings disappear after its defeat. Also, all the pencils are removed so Mario can now exit the tower.
There are two Telescopes on the Top Floor that can be used for 10 coins. They both read, "Telescope (10 coins)" The one on the left shows Peach's Castle without the Red Streamer, and the one on the right shows the face of the 19th and last Toad, who is stuck in the Telescope and can be hammered out.
