Nutsoglobins are weird cells in Bowser's Body. They are blue Emoglobins that wear sunglasses, and they like to give quizzes for Mario and Luigi to answer.

If Mario and Luigi answer its questions correctly, he will tell the Bros. the right way to go.

There are a total of 3 Nutsoglobins in the Flab Zone and they all act the same. They will do a quiz with Mario and Luigi and if they get them all right, they will receive coins (50 for the first one, 100 for the second one, and 200 for the third one) but if they miss one question, they will have to fight a Tenderling.
