Novbi is a minor character that appears in Super Paper Mario.

History

Novbi is a Nimbi that is in control of the elevator in the main area of The Overthere. However, during the first visit, Novbi is frozen solid requiring Bowser to help defrost him. Novbi is grateful for the assistance and allows the heroes to use the elevator whenever they want.
