"No Way to Treat a Queenie" is the fifty-fourth live-action segment of The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!. It is paired with the animated episode "Little Red Riding Princess."
Plot[]
Luigi is desperately practicing a bad English Accent and is attempting to sound refined so that he can impress the Queen of England who is visiting Brooklyn. Mario sees this and believes that Luigi is crazy since the Queen would never bother with people like them. All the same, Luigi continues with his practice.
As the Mario Brothers work on a project, a couple of people outside mention the Queen has escaped. The Queen then enters into Mario and Luigi's basement asking to be allowed to hide and be treated as a commoner. The Marios eagerly agree but still treat her like royalty.
After Queenie, makes the Marios a fish and chips pizza (amongst other chores), she decides she's had enough of the common life but bestows a knighthood upon the Mario Brothers. Just then, a doctor from the psychiatric hospital comes for Queenie.
