New York Minute 3 is a race track from Mario Kart Tour, being one of the layouts for New York Minute. It made its debut appearance in the Holiday Tour.

New York Minute 3's route involves the Rockefeller Plaza. The racers start by taking a left turn at the Y-shaped junction, followed by a 150-degree right turn. After they get through this area, they go straight forward until the path curves to the right. The entrance to the Rockefeller Centre has no longer been blocked off, but the path to the left that leads to the city streets has been blocked off. The racers enter the building and make a slight right followed by a slight left, whereupon they get dumped into a tunnel at the far south of the area, being offered a view of the Statue of Liberty. The racers make a wide 180-degree right turn to make their way to the finish line, going straight at the T-shaped junction that the first two routes entered from the right.
The third lap of New York Minute has the racers go through this route in the Booster Course Pass of Mario Kart 8; Arrow Fields guide them rather than fences.
