NES Remix 2 is the sequel to NES Remix. Like its predecessor, NES Remix 2 was released for the Wii U exclusively through the Nintendo eShop. NES Remix 2 was released in April 2014, a few months after NES Remix's release in December 2013. Both NES Remix 2 and NES Remix were packaged as a part of the retail Wii U title, NES Remix Pack, also released in 2014.
