Mushroom Doom is a microgame featured in Dribble & Spitz's Fantasy level in WarioWare: Get It Together!

Gameplay[]

The player's character has to defeat every mushroom monster, either by attacking them directly or knocking a spiked ball onto their head. Once every monster has been defeated, the player wins at the microgame, indicating by a lot of treasure appearing.

If a character touches a spiked ball, they get knocked out, causing them to lose unless the spiked ball is moving in a way that allows for the remaining monsters to be defeated.

In two-player mode, if the players win Mushroom Doom, whoever defeated more monsters receives an effort point. If both players each defeat a monster on Level 1, neither of them receive an effort point because they defeated the same number of monsters.

Difficulty levels[]

  • Level 1: There is one monster.
  • Level 2: There are two monsters, both on the same side.
  • Level 3: There are two monsters, each on opposite ends.

In two-player mode, the changes between difficulty settings are different:

  • Level 1: There are two monsters, which are opposite from each other.
  • Level 2: There are three monsters.
  • Level 3: There is one monster, but it hides and peeks out faster. It may also re-emerge from different holes.

In all three two-player difficulty levels, the monsters can hide in their hole for a short period of time.
