Mushroom Condo is a location found in the Town Area of Shroom City in Mario Party Advance.
Description[]
The Mushroom Condo is a housing complex inhabited by several characters, although the proprietor of the building is unknown. It consists of five floors, one of which is the basement and another of which is the rooftop.
The basement is inhabited by Big Bob-omb. It is a dimly-lit area with cracked walls and crates up against the wall. There is a couch in the center where Big Bob-omb sits.
The first floor is inhabited by Mushbert. As a big fan of Toad Force V, Mushbert's room consists of several merchandise of the show, including posters and Toad Force V Figures. On the left side is a television atop a green, horizontal cabinet, and to its right is a red sofa behind a thin, green table that has a laptop on it.
The second floor is inhabited by Toady and the Kamek Krew. Various musical equipment is shown in the background, including a keyboard, an acoustic guitar, a microphone, and speakers with star-shaped drivers.
The third floor is inhabited by Flutter. Her room is pink, and it has some yellow flowers, red curtains, and a red chair.
A Fly Guy lurks on the rooftop of Mushroom Condo. The rooftop holds a small railing around it, and it is where a view of part of Town Area can be seen.
In Mario Party Advance[]
The basement floor is hinted at by a Bob-omb during the quest Find the Password. It is also mentioned by Bob-omba during her quest Flowers Are a Blast!, in which she says that Big Bob-omb is hiding somewhere in Mushroom Condo. When the player's character enters the basement floor, Big Bob-omb offers them to do a simple Dice Block challenge, starting the Big Boss Bob-omb quest, in which the player's character has to roll a higher number than Big Bob-omb. In doing so, they earn the Stress Press Gaddget.
Floor 1 of Mushroom Condo
On the first floor, Mushbert does not have any quests to offer. There are a few quests where Mushbert has to be visited because he is knowledgeable.
On the second floor, Toady tells the player's character that they need help finding a venue for the band to perform. If they accept, this starts the Kamek Krew Live! quest. Once the player's character finds a venue for them to perform, Mushroom Stadium, they return to the room and are rewarded the Bull's-eye Gaddget.
On the third floor, Flutter presents the quest Hearts A-Flutter, in which she asks the player's characters to relay her feelings her love interest, Mr. I, who does not reciprocate the same feelings for Flutter. After relaying the feelings, the player's character has to visit Flutter again to tell her the news. Although she becomes incredibly distressed, Flutter still thanks the player's character for their help, giving them the Love Me Not Gaddget as a reward.
On the rooftop, Mr. E visits Fly Guy to ask about sightings of UFOs. If the player's character participates, the Hey, UFO! quest begins, in which the character and Fly Guy have to summon a UFO onto the roof by waving flags in a certain order. In doing so, a large UFO descends to the roof of Mushroom Condo, and the player earns the Morse Maker Gaddget.
