Mug Shot is a recurring microgame in the WarioWare series. It first appears in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$! and WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Party Game$!, under Wario's Intro Games folder, and returns in WarioWare Gold as one of Wario Deluxe's microgames.

Gameplay

The objective is for Wario to catch his mug while it is sliding across the table. If done successfully, the player wins at the microgame. If it slides past Wario, the player loses at the microgame.

In WarioWare Gold, a mushroom sometimes appears instead of a mug; in this case, Wario has to instead catch the mushroom.

Difficulty levels

• Level 1: The mug always comes from the left.
• Level 2: The mug sometimes appears from the right.
• Level 3: Two mugs sometimes come in opposite directions, one of which stops before another mug suddenly appears from the opposite direction, which is the one Wario has to catch.

• The microgame's name is derived from the word "mugshot."
