Mr. Kipper is an enemy in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Mr. Kippers are a green variant of Cheep Cheeps mainly found in the Sea and the Sunken Ship, but they also appear in The Trial Course.

In battle, Mr. Kippers only attack by swimming at one of Mario's party members. They are often found in groups.

Mr. Kippers are vulnerable to both fire and thunder attacks, so Mario's fire techniques or Mallow's thunder techniques are effective against them.
