Physical description[]
Mr. I is the namesake character representative of his species. He has the same appearance as a regular Mr. I, being an eyeball with a blue eye color.
Behavior[]
Mr. I has a huge crush on Princess Peach, and he is shown to bestow gifts upon her just for visiting him. While Peach does not have a crush on Mr. I, he has someone who is in love with him, Flutter, whom he is not in love with.
In Mario Party Advance[]

Mr. I lives in the Horror Area of Shroom City. His associated quest, Love That Princess!, requires playing as Peach, who simply has to visit Mr. I at his residence. When he sees Peach, Mr. I shows his love for her by giving her the Gaddget, Hope Chest.
The Hearts A-Flutter quest focuses on Flutter's crush on Mr. I. During the quest, the player's character has to relay this information to Mr. I. However, Mr. I reveals that he does not have a crush on Flutter because he hardly knows her and because he already has a crush on Peach. Mr. I requests that the player's character apologize to Flutter on his behalf.
In the Probably a Robbery? quest, Mr. I is one the three suspects of robbing the Koopa Bank. He states that he is not guilty, but he remembered hearing coins jingle.
In the epilogue, Mr. I is said to be learning to wink for Peach.
