Physical description[]

Monstrous Magnets are large green magnets with one red "N" end and one blue "S" end, representing the North and South poles respectively. A Monstrous Magnet has eyes on the side of each pole.

Behavior[]

A Monstrous Magnet has the ability to float in midair, and it can fire electrical blasts of energy at Wario.

In Wario World[]

Monstrous Magnets are only encountered in Beanstalk Way. Here, Wario can stun a Monstrous Magnet by hitting it three times. After doing this, Wario can then grab the Monstrous Magnet and throw it on to a metal board, which it sticks to temporarily, allowing him to make his way up the platform. Similar enemies named Flying Spades are encountered later on in Pecan Sands.
