Mona is now an employee of a pizzeria named Mona Pizza, which has a billboard of Mona parodying the famous Mona Lisa painting. Although Mona is the restaurant's namesake, the restaurant is owned by Joe, whose alias is Pizza Joe while working there. Mona's microgame set is titled Mini Spin, which involve making only slight turns with the Game Boy Advance.

Mona is first seen during the intro, when she and 9-Volt enter Dr. Crygor's Lab after one of Dr. Crygor's inventions, the Gravitator, converted Wario's Game Boy Advance into several smaller systems featuring tilt controls. Mona and 9-Volt try out the system, and Wario sees the potential for profit.

In the opening for Mona's story, Mona happily answers a phone ringing for Mona Pizza, and the callers asking for three Mona Specials. After preparing the Pizzas, Mona gets onto her scooter to deliver them. As Mona speeds out on her way, employees of the rival pizzeria Pizza Dinosaur chase after Mona, angry that someone accidentally dialed their number when they meant to call Mona Pizza. At first, both of them drive to the side of Mona, who then speeds up to try and escape them. One of the Pizza Dinosaur employees then arrives behind Mona with a gray Tyrannosaurus rex. Pizza Joe comes to the rescue to provide Mona with her pets, the Yum Yums. Mona's Elephant hits the Tyrannosaurus rex with a soccer ball, causing it to fall behind, only for a giant dino mech-on-wheels to then trail behind Mona and her Yum Yums.

Although there is an ongoing conflict on the road, the player does not play through Mona's microgames during this occurrence, similar to what occurred in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!, but rather while two of Mona's callers, the Pizza Patrons, watch Sal Out sing the Mona Pizza theme on television.

In the ending of Mona's story, the Yum Yums are still attacking the giant vehicle, but Mona's Monkey manages to flip over the vehicle by throwing a banana peel, on which the vehicle slips. Mona is then able to make it to the Pizza Patrons' house, where she rings the doorbell and delivers the pizza. The Pizza Patrons compliment Mona, telling her that she is the best. Following this, Mona joins some of the other characters at Club Sugar.

When the Dinosaurs hop into a giant bird-like vehicle and use it to kidnap Art, the Yum Yums, Pizza Joe, and 4.1 and 4.2 arrive then arrive on small aircrafts to try and help Mona, although the Yum Yums and Joe are knocked away, leaving only 4.1 and 4.2 left.

The player plays through Mona's microgames while 4.1 and 4.2 shoot soccer balls at the Dinosaur's machine. Mona's face is shown on a small display reminiscent of an original Game Boy Advance, but with two D-Pads, and her name is shown just above the display. Mona does a friendly laugh when the player completes a microgame but gets shocked if they fail at one.

In the ending of Mona's story, Deco activates his ejection seat to launch up to the Dinosaurs' vehicle, causing the vehicle to drop Art and fall away. Mona, Art, and Deco then speed up to rush over to the Hawt House. Mona is alarmed, realizing that she has pizzas to deliver, and immediately leaves the Hawt House. Vanessa unsuccessfully attempts to fill in for Mona by disguising herself as her, by replicating Mona's outfit and hair style, which remain dark purple and green for Vanessa, respectively.
