A Meteor Meal is an item and recipe which appears in both Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and Super Paper Mario.

In this game, Meteor Meals restore 7 HP and an additional 2 HP for three more turns making it a rather effective recovery item. It requires a Shooting Star and a Shroom Fry to make and be given to Zess T. of Rogueport. This item can also be obtained from Eve as a reward upon completing her trouble at the Trouble Center.

Super Paper Mario[]

Meteor Meals can now be made by Saffron with just a single Shooting Star. However, Meteor Meals are now battle items as using one inflicts a set amount of damage to enemies.
