Well, now that I'm in a more stable place of mind, I figured it'd be good to come back. And I'd prefer to be called Jazzi. I've been called Jazzi since my first day of IRC. I just wanted a different username, to be consistent with all of my sites. – EnemyPeacemaker 02:03, January 5, 2013 (UTC)
I do not have a Skype. Has Conker been made manager? I think you can make someone manager without them being friends with you. I just looked. As long as he likes the page, then we're good to go. --Rainbowroad6w, the researcher. (Talk)(GCWaves YouTube channel) 23:34, January 11, 2013 (UTC)
It just needs to be a lot more colorful. So probably more colors for the backgrounds and I think that gray is just too dull for Mario, honestly. The logo was good, though I question that sometimes too. Could we make it like a sky blue? Could we do clouds in the background? Like the ones we see in one of the classic games? It just looks more like a design for a computer wiki, not a Mario wiki. --Rainbowroad6w, the researcher. (Talk)(GCWaves YouTube channel) 23:26, January 19, 2013 (UTC)
I created two new forums a week or more ago or something and I'm not seeing any response. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated, I guess. :P --Rainbowroad6w, the researcher. (Talk)(GCWaves YouTube channel) 14:15, March 3, 2013 (UTC)
Hey, not that this is honestly a big deal to me, but I was just wondering why you planned to delete the MarioWiki page on Facebook. --Rainbowroad6w, the researcher. (Talk)(GCWaves YouTube channel) 19:25, April 13, 2013 (UTC)
Well, you have a point, I guess. I never really cared for it in the first place (as noticed), so if deleting it is what's best, then do as you please. :P
And yeah, I have way too many other things going on to constantly be working on MarioWiki. And MarioWiki is now officially the only wiki I actually work at on Wikia anymore. I pretty much just get on for literally five seconds every day just to see if I have any new messages and that is about it.
I didn't know how active Wattz was because I never get on so I had no clue what he was up to, and that's the thing. I was planning to resign by August (that would mark 5 years of my existence on this site).
And I'm the only remaining admin here. So me leaving would leave no admin to maintain the site.
Oh dear, that is a big problem. It can probably be fixed in a short amount of time though. DangerousDangerously 02:00, May 13, 2013 (UTC)
Yeah, I just need someone to take over for me. I was planning to hand that over to Wattz, but obviously not now hahaha. Listen, I'm completely fine with promoting you to adminship, but I have a feeling you won't be sticking around for very long. --Rainbowroad6w, the researcher. I've been holding up pretty strong in terms of my emotional stability, at least having the ability to not bring it onto Wikia. I've been working a bit on Pokémon Wiki these past two days. Mainly cleaning up some of the main page issues. I haven't been around here much because I put down Paper Mario and picked up Ocarina of Time during a rough patch, and then picked up Majora's Mask. Lately it's just not been many games in general. I've been trying to get back into editing here, but I don't have that much information for Paper Mario lately because of not playing it. I've been meaning to start emulating it on my desktop to get the images and what not. TL;DR: I'm actually going to be picking back up with editing in the near future. DangerousDangerously 02:28, May 13, 2013 (UTC)
So what exactly are you saying? :P
I'm sorry, I'm totally being manipulative. I've just gotta figure out exactly what to do here since Wattz is gone and I will be too...
I'm saying that if need be I'm fine being an admin and helping out with the adminly stuff. DangerousDangerously 10:07, May 13, 2013 (UTC)
Ok well this is what I'd say. If you've noticed, Wattz got back to me and decided that he'll manage to take over for me (and he's re-requesting for adminship and crat rights right now). Even though I am still technically administrator, I'd probably talk it over with him. I'm sure he'd give you admin rights, though requesting for it may be the most formal and appropriate way to do it.
Hey uhhh did you kill your test wiki? The sidebar is no longer functioning right. I hope you took measures to ensure that deleting the wiki had no collateral damage. : / ThePuzzleMaster 19:04, May 17, 2013 (UTC)
I'm not having any sidebar issues. And my test wiki was closed because it was inactive. I wouldn't have been able to fix anything on this wiki or my test wiki, as I do not have rights here, and I did not have rights on that test wiki. DangerousDangerously 21:04, May 17, 2013 (UTC)
I did not kill my test wiki. It was closed because of inactivity. I am not having the problem you are having in Firefox or in Chrome. In both cases, the search bar is the only one lacking a background because that file was deleted when the wiki was still in use. DangerousDangerously 21:10, May 17, 2013 (UTC)
I'm really sorry, but there is literally nothing I can do about this. DangerousDangerously 21:18, May 17, 2013 (UTC)
So you had no measures toward the collateral damage? Do you have any ideas for a new theme, then? Or at least something to propose to RR to fix the sidebar? ThePuzzleMaster 21:24, May 17, 2013 (UTC)
I had no consent towards the test wiki being closed. I had no knowledge of it being closed and I couldn't remember what files were on which wikis were being used on what wikis. However, you can add the following code into your /monobook.css:
If it works right, you can show it to RR so he can fix the sidebar. ThePuzzleMaster 21:45, May 17, 2013 (UTC)
It doesn't need to be a site wide fix, not many people use Monobook, and there are conflicting sides of the problem. You and Minish see no image, I see an image. Therefore it only needs a personal fix. DangerousDangerously 21:49, May 17, 2013 (UTC)
I'm sure it should be at the least. If someone is seeing an issue, it should be up to the community to make the wiki a place that's welcoming to every user. What you're telling me now is that it should be a personal fix though you said that two users have the issue. It should be a site fix, not a personal fix, regardless of if you see it right. You != MarioWiki. ThePuzzleMaster 21:52, May 17, 2013 (UTC)
Yes, currently it only needs to be a personal fix. The theme itself is something that can be fixed in the near future. And most likely will be fixed in the near future. I'm aware that I'm not MarioWiki. But the majority of the visitors to this site see it in the Wikia/Oasis skin. DangerousDangerously 21:56, May 17, 2013 (UTC)
I have told RR to see the issue. Regardless, as I said, if multiple people are seeing it, it should be changed. And who cares if the majority of the visitors to the site will see Oasis, people who visit the site still may use Monobook, you don't know that. Our site should be well-equipped and look presentable in every area possible. ThePuzzleMaster 22:01, May 17, 2013 (UTC)
The theme itself is a mess. I've been trying to work on a replacement to it for a while. DangerousDangerously 22:05, May 17, 2013 (UTC)
You've tried making replacements before. Is this one like the ones you made in your last forums here? Or something else? ThePuzzleMaster 22:16, May 17, 2013 (UTC)
I've tried making replacements that have never gotten agreed upon. DangerousDangerously 22:19, May 17, 2013 (UTC)
So you don't have any new themes on the way? ThePuzzleMaster 22:22, May 17, 2013 (UTC)
