Dr. Mario juggling Megavitamins.
Megavitamins are items created and used by Dr. Mario in the Dr. Mario series. Megavitamins first appear in the titular Dr. Mario game.
Description[]
Megavitamins have two sections, colored red, yellow, or blue, for a total of six different combinations. A section of a Megavitamin kills a Virus of the same color upon touching it.
In Dr Mario 64, if Dr. Mario or Wario eat a Megavitamin, they would turn in Metal Mario and Vampire Wario respectively.
Megavitamins also appear in Super Smash Bros. Melee as Dr. Mario's "B" move.
