Template:Game infoboxMario Party: Star Rush is an upcoming game for the Mario Party series on the Nintendo 3DS. The game is announced to include new gameplay changes to make the game more portable-friendly, including all the players moving at once instead of having to wait for their turn.
Play modes
Toad Scramble
Each player starts as a differently colored Toad and move about the board at the same time to recruit ally characters, play mini-games, and fight bosses. Players can also collect items and trigger random events, such as using Lakitu to move to another player's space.
Coinathlon - Players must collect as many coins as they can in 60-second minigames to progress. Items available
Mario shuffle-Only for Amiibo
Ballon bash-Players must collect coins on a mini board with 20 turns and minigames after each round
Rhythm racital - Players can play classic Mario tunes using the touchscreen. Each character has their own instrument
Character museum - Allows players to view characters collected in the game. amiibo options are also found here
