Magifoofas (ゲラカメック?) are enemies appearing in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story and Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey.
Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story
In Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story and the remake, Magikoopas appear as enemies fought in Bowser's Castle.
Magifoofas are battled by Mario and Luigi. In battle, they can use their magic to summon shapes above the Mario Bros., which will then solidify. The shapes that are formed are a triangle, a square, and a circle. The Bros. will have to jump over the triangle and square in order to prevent being damaged; however, the circle will simply bounce over Mario and Luigi's heads. If timed well, the triangle or square can be crushed by a jump counter-attack. On some occasions, the spell may turn into a Bean, which is identical to the Beans that Crawfuls eat to heal, which is indicated by black smoke coming out of the Magifoofa's wand. The Bros. will simply need to jump over this attack. It can also restore 30 HP to itself or allies.
In the remake, they use attacks which are identical to Magikoopas.
Magikoopas appear as enemies in the side story of the remake, Bowser Jr.'s Journey. They are ranged troopers, and their Special Skill is Chain Shot. Like Magikoopas and Kamek, Magifoofas are weak against Bowser Jr., regardless of unit type.
- Bowser Jr.'s Journey profile: A Magikoopa that resembles Fawful. It's a powerful foe, but has difficulty fighting against Bowser Jr.
