A Magic Shrink Potion is an object in the The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! episode "Princess, I Shrunk the Mario Brothers".
Description[]
The Magic Shrink Potion is a yellow concoction that can shrink nearly anything it douses into a minuscule size. The Magic Shrink Potion has the opposite effect as the Magic Growing Potion, which is used as an antidote for whoever is affected by the Magic Shrink Potion.
In The Super Mario Bros. Super Show![]
When Mouser and two Koopa Troopas sentence Mario, Luigi, Princess Toadstool, and Toad to the dungeon of Waldo's castle, Waldo reveals himself and douses the villains with his Magic Shrink Potion. After the villains shrink, Waldo places them in a fishbowl and announces that he will use his potion to vanquish King Koopa entirely. Toad takes the Magic Shrink Potion from Waldo and runs out of the dungeon, hoping to shrink King Koopa with the Magic Shrink Potion. However, when Toad attempts to splash King Koopa with the Magic Shrink Potion, he instead accidentally hits Mario and Luigi with it, shrinking them instead.
Later on, the effects of the Magic Shrink Potion wear off on Mario and Luigi when King Koopa unknowingly sprays them with the Magic Growing Potion, returning the Mario Bros. to their original size.
