Mad Hat Mk. II is the second boss in Wario: Master of Disguise. It is fought in Episode 2 on the S.S. Caviar. It is the upgraded version of the Mad Hat Mk. I.

In battle, the Mad Hat Mk. II has three new attacks. One of them includes if Thief Wario approaches the machine, it will try to punch him. This can be avoid by ducking. Another one is if Thief Wario is far, the machine will charge up its punch, which can also be avoided by ducking. The machine can also drop bombs out of its eye. To defeat it, the player must switch to Cosmic Wario and fire directly at its eye. Then, the player should switch to Arty Wario and draw a block on the switch. After that, the hat will fly off and the player can jump on or tackle Count Cannoli. Repeat this method two more times and Cannoli will be defeated.
