Luigi's Mansion Court is a tennis court which appears in Mario Power Tennis. It is set outside the mansion from Luigi's Mansion, and features several ghosts spectating the match. It is a Gimmick Court by default, and if the gimmicks are on, a ghost appears on either side of the court to slow the characters' movements and therefore make it harder for them to return the ball.
The Special Game Terror Tennis takes place in Luigi's Mansion Court. Here, the player's character has to try and stop the ghosts from escaping their portraits. The ghosts can slow the character's movements, much like if a tennis game is played here.
