London Loop 3 is a race course from Mario Kart Tour, first seen in 2021. Hence its name, it is the third layout of London Loop, putting more focus on the River Thames.

Layout[]

The racers start on the Westminster Bridge next to the Big Ben clocktower at the south end of the track just like they always do, except this time, they face away from the St. James Park (which, just like in London Loop 1, is blocked off). The course starts with a left turn; racers go onto the Waterloo bridge, with the other path being blocked off due to that road being used in London Loop 1. The road connecting directly to the Trafalgar Square has been blocked off as well, rendering it exclusive to London Loop 2. After a sharp 120-degree right turn followed by a 120-degree left turn, the racers will go down London Loop 1 in reverse, passing by the grass patch at the corner where a Chain Chomp lurks. However, rather than turning right to go through the Leadenhall Market, the racers continue straight forwards, going down a road that connects directly to the roundabout on London Loop 1. The course continues from there as London Loop 1 in reverse until the racers go back through the starting line.

London Loop as a whole is featured for Mario Kart 8, with London Loop 3 being featured in the final lap, albeit in reverse, since the racers went through the first two routes in the correct direction during the first two laps. An extra Chain Chomp can be seen bathing in the River Thames, while the Chain Chomp at the grass patch to the northeast is loose and running around.
