The Linguini Empire is a one-time location that appears in the The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! episode "The Great Gladiator Gig." It is based on the real-world Roman Empire and even features its own colosseum. The ruler is not known, but Brutius Maximus Grouchimus is of some noble rank there, due to serving as the guardian of the Linguini Empire Colosseum.
The Linguini Empire is named after linguine, a type of pasta.
