Light the Cake is one of the microgames under Ashley's Food folder in WarioWare: Get It Together!.
Gameplay[]
The player's character has to light two unlit candles on the cake using a lighter following them. In doing so, the player wins the microgame. If the player does not light every candle or, in level 3, lights a bomb, they lose. In addition, lighting every candle lights up the room to reveal a party banner, background lights, and confetti.
Penny is listed as the least suitable because her movement style makes it hard to reach the candles, and the water from her Jet Tank One has a possibility of being sprayed onto the candles. In Level 3, there is also a possibly of her movement.
In two-player mode, the layout for each level is the same, but there are three unlit candles. Whoever lights more candles receives an effort point, but whoever lights the bomb in Level 3 loses an effort point.
Difficulty levels[]
- Level 1: There are three candles on the cake.
- Level 2: There are six candles on the cake.
- Level 3: There are five candles on the cake, although one of them is replaced with a bomb.
Mission[]
- Hold Your Tongue: As Pyoro, the player has to clear five rounds of Light the Cake, but only have his tongue only stick out once.
