#3 Lemmy's Castle is the final level in Vanilla Dome. This castle is owned by Lemmy Koopa.

Note: Dragon Coins only appear in Super Mario Advance 2: Super Mario World.

Layout[]

The player will start trapped in a ceiling between a bunch of Rotating Blocks. If Mario is big, he can easily just spin jump to destroy them, however if he is small then the player must wait until the Magikoopa that teleports around the place which turns the blocks into various enemies makes them disappear. After this section, the player will encounter a pool of water with platforms floating, as well as more Rotating Blocks hovering above it. High above is a P Switch that the player can grab and use to turn a couple of coins beneath a floating door into solid platforms that can be used to enter it. Inside the door, is a room with a Midway Gate and a block containing a 1-Up Mushroom, and another door that takes you to the second room. Nevertheless, if the player didn't enter the door, then they must hop over the lava pits (with Podoboos jumping up and down), with more Rotating Blocks above that Magikoopas nearby transform into more enemies. After this section, is a set of stairs that lead to the door for the second room.

The main obstacle of the second room are rocky platforms that rise up and down into the lava, as well as floating ones in the air that could crush the player. At the first section, the player should wait and collect the first Dragon Coin that is seen. After passing a Dry Bones is a section where the platform will crush you, and after that is another standalone platform with another Dry Bones. Next, the player should hop on another set of rising rocks, being cautious of the lava below. The second Dragon Coin is in the middle, however the player should wait until a teeny piece of ground pops up of the lava and quickly grab it before it sinks. The third Dragon Coin is right after this one, and it sinks along with the rocks in the little section. When it rises up, they should quickly jump and not miss it. After this section are more rocks that will rise up and down, and in this little section below is a Cape Feather  After this, the player should continue on more and hop onto a set of rocks that rise down into the lava, with the first one only sinking in halfway. On the last rock, however, is the fourth Dragon Coin. The player will go through a couple other sinking "elevator-like" rock platforms with more Dry Bones, but on the last set of rising rocks, is the fifth Dragon Coin that will be obtainable when the entire rock comes out of the lava. The player should quickly grab it and climb up before it goes into the lava. After this section, is the boss door to Lemmy.

Ending message[]

Mario knocks the castle down with a hammer, with the text saying:

Mario has triumphed over Lemmy Koopa of castle #3. Mario's quest is starting to get much more difficult. Have you found the Red and Green Switches yet?
