Launch Fit

Launch Fit, also known as Launch Diet, is an object in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story and its remake Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey.

Description[]

The Launch Fit is a type of launching board that Bowser can use to launch into the air in the manner of a cannonball, destroying various obstructions along the way. To use it, Bowser must stand on the Launch Fit and unless his Fire Breath on a small bomb on the back of the board to light its fuse. In doing so, the bomb explodes, causing the Launch Fit to launch Bowser all the way over to the other side.
