Kooper is a character from Paper Mario. He is a friendly Koopa Troopa and Mario's second partner. He can help you by hitting far-away switches, grabbing far-away objects and attacking an enemy without approaching them. He joins Mario's Party after Mario helped him reclaim his shell from Fuzzies in the Koopa village.
All of the partners can attack. Kooper has four attack. First, he can get in his shell and attack the first enemy in front of you. Second, he does as the first attack, but this time he is attacking all of the opponents. Third, He creates a tornado and attacks the enemies with it. And fourth, he transforms into a fire shell to do a devastating attack on all the enemies on the battlefield.
Kooper is a big fan of the archaeologist, Kolorado. He is brave, confident and curious.

Kooper as he would have appeared in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door
- Kooper was going to have appear in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. However, he was removed.
